ANANSE IS AWARDED WITH TWO LIONS AT THE CANNES FESTIVAL

 

The Cannes Lions festival has been a kind of home to great ideas since 1954, based on the belief that creativity is the driving force behind any business. Lions are the most coveted awards in the world of creation and advertising!

In the 2017 edition of the award, a technology developed by Ananse stood out among the best in the world, winning two important recognitions: the Silver Lion in the PR category and the Bronze in Health & Wellness, both with the Amazon Warriors Safe Collection initiative.

BEHIND FUN, TECHNOLOGY THAT PROTECTS HEALTH

 

In partnership with RJR Editora and Little George agency, Ananse has developed a book kit that tells the story of warriors summoned to save the forest from devastation. This kit includes a story book and a coloring book, as well as crayons and a superhero cape.

All materials bring a breakthrough technology: microcapsules with natural insect repellents, applied to paper fibers, crayons and the cape fabric. Each time these items are handled, the microcapsules break off releasing the repellent, driving the mosquitoes away!

The kits were distributed at the Tapara Miri community in Pará.
